Jaime helped my sister and I downsize my parents. There were a lot of challenges between their lack of technology knowledge, to the sale being contingent on the purchase of their new home, and an overwhelming interest in the house. Jaime made the process as painless as possible still while getting us more then we could have imagined for the sale. Her patience with my parents as they navigating buying for the first time in 40+ years and selling cannot be put into words. Jamie is not only our realtor, she is our friend. Never before has anyone gone out of their way in the ways that she has for us. We were first time home buyers during the worst time to buy a home. Our first contract fell through due to a stubborn seller refusing to fix structural defects.
